I have order fromThis website with out reading the reviews lesson learnt. Order number FF00632314 had no communication about the order, sent couple emails and no response sent email regarding refund before I go my bank to give them a chance and guess what!! No reply again so I have taken this to my bank and will let them chase the scammers, was a Xmas gift for my son and it’s disgusting that no communication is done, support from customer service is a joke these must be scammers, I will continue to write bad reviews to prevent people spending there money untill my money is received back to my bank account DO NOT BUY !!!!
Best company ever! I bought KuKirin G4 and it is my favourite e-scooter. It kinda changed my life because this summer I met a lot of new friends and explored new areas. I have 3000 km on it and there are no mistakes while riding. I also bought steering damper which was probably the best decision ever. It prevents wobbling and makes your ride 100% safe. Now I also won a Halloween giveaway and I won a phone stander but they are so generous so they also sent me scooter bag too. Big W for community!❤️
I made a fast purchase of their most powerful scooter that was on offer. I didn't realise that in Spain the law is changing and these high power scooter will be illegal without all sorts of documents and insurance. I made the purchase of 799 euros. 6 hours later I realised my ignorance. I read their terms and conditions and was within the 12 hour grace period. I reached out to their team who were very helpful. They responded quickly and respectful stopped the order and refunded my money. I was very nervous at first that this could be a disaster. But they honoured every word in their company policy. That is with huge respect to them! Honestly, given that level of good faith and service I standby my word in saying they are trustworthy, honest and conduct their business with honor. There may be other stories, but this is mine. Well done to them for a great customer service and customer care!
