Refused refund on new jumper

Refuse to refund the return of a jumper, unused and still in packaging. Apparently against their policy to refund anything. Shows remarkable lack of confidence in very expensive clothes.

Horrid customer service

I have 3 kujten scarfs that I love and wear frequently , I bought a Kujten cashmere summer dress 3 months ago Wore it 3 times and the trimming around the neckline came off leaving the knit dress to unravel I called the store send them the pictures of this obvious production error And they refused to do anything said that head office didn’t see it as their fault They offered Nothing I have worked in higher end retail myself and can not believe the complete lack of responsibility for an obvious production error. Horrid customer service They advised me to go and find some one to fix my new unraveling knitted dress and told me they could not no spear threads came with the dress btw Most terrible customer service ever

Complaint

This is to let you know of my dissatisfaction with one of your articles. I bought this winter in your ephemeral shop in La Vallée Village a shawl collar sweater, Irish mesh (or assimilated as such) size XL which lost at least 2 sizes during its 1st cold washing machine. The other 2 cashmere sweaters that accompanied it have not suffered any deterioration, like my other Kujten sweaters previously washed regularly in the machine, cold, wool program. For more than 30 years that I wear cashmere sweaters, this is the 1st time I faced this inconvenience.
