I waited for the order for three (!!!) months from the moment I placed it, the company sent a letter of apology in mid-January, but no news after that.. terrible experience, I can’t say anything about the quality of the product :(
It was the worst experience of my life. The items arrived one month (!) after I ordered them, they were initially damaged and Lacemade didn't even contact me. The delivery is extremely slow compared to Shein, the quality is terrible - there are loose threads and cheap materials, and the sizing is off. I ordered M and I have a feeling there was a mistake but I can't check - the labels have no info at all! Of course, after all these troubles my return was rejected as my 100 pounds+ parcel contained 2 lucky bags (I couldn't return the full priced dress with a loose thread too). Overall, I have three low-quality pieces of clothing of unknown size that are not even remotely fitting and wasted money and time. I wish I would never use this shop and I suggest you to not fall for a cute picture unless you are ready to lose all the money that you spent.
Bought some of my favourite dresses ever from Lacemade, the quality is so nice and the lace details are super cute (true to the brand name). Their cotton items are the best and I love their ribbed fabrics too!I've seen others struggle to receive their orders, which is thankfully something I have yet to experience. I ordered 5 times from them now and all of them arrived in perfect condition, usually within a month! The shipping can be a bit slow at times but it's nothing major.However, I do not recommend their Lucky Bags. It may seem like a steal whenever they release them, but it seems that it's not truly random but rather selected from items that don't sell. I bought a Lucky Bag once and received a cardigan of low quality made with synthetic materials that feel uncomfortably rough. It doesn't even look good, really not worth it at all. I see similar patterns on this from other people who bought Lucky Bags, many receiving the same type of mid-par products and have yet to see anyone get a popular or nicer item. Other than that, Lacemade has wonderful collections and I love their items!
I ordered a dress back in December and it still hasn't arrived. I was sent an email stating that orders were delayed and they were sorry in late January. Then I got a shipment notification but when I tried to track with the number sent, it didn't show anything. Ever. So I contacted Lacemade and they said my item was lost and that they'd send another soon.Several weeks went by and no communication so I had to contact them yet again. They said the dress was still out of stock. No idea when I'll get it. They never offered a refund.Now it's nearly April and I still don't have the dress. Come to find out, many people also haven't received the same dress. I discovered this on their Instagram page. I filed a dispute with my bank today in hopes I can get my money back.
Dress was fine and not badly made but I gave it as a Xmas gift and it was a bit small. Since I waited until Xmas I missed the 14 day window to exchange for another size so now I have a dress that doesn’t fit the person it was bought for and need to get another gift. This 14 day policy is ridiculous at Xmas time. I will never purchase from them again
I knew coming in that most of the reviews there are paid reviews but I thought what could go wrong? I purchased a skirt, out of 4 items, everything was measured to make sure it would fit my exact measurements. My waist is under 60cm and the sizing chart for XS was advertised as 60cm so when it showed up and the waist measured 56cm of course I was surprised. Their customer service is the absolutely worse. Kept telling me that they've measured it correctly and that there's absolutely no way it's wrong and will not let me submit them a photo as proof. Even told them to update their sizing but lo and behold, kept saying the size is accurate. I definitely will not be doing shopping here again and I won't recommend anyone to either because customer service is an absolute joke.
I've ordered 2 items last month and it hasn't been shipped yet. I've contacted customer support and they gave me the most ridiculous answer (find below). I'm starting to suspect this is a scam, I'll update the review if I ever receive my items.
