I ordered 4 dresses. They arrived pretty fast (3 weeks), however the quality is cheap. Most of the dresses were way too small and see-through.In the end I kept one dress which was stretchy and therefore fit. I returned the rest along with the shipping information. This was in September! Despite multiple mails about my retour I have received no answer. I even contacted the courier about my parcel and they told me it was delivered to China.
English:I can only say: please, please do not order from there. A few months ago, I ordered 3 dresses from them. In my opinion, the quality is outrageous for the price they charge. So, at this point, a clear recommendation: If you're saving up for a nice dress, you'd be better off spending your money at another store! The material is cheap, and the overall look is cheap too (often the dresses are quite see-through). Almost or even worse than the cheap and overpriced dresses is the rude, unfriendly, and snappy customer service. I have never experienced anything like this before. The customer service staff is so unfriendly — one thing is clear: no one there wants to help you! And BEWARE: you have to pay for the return shipping yourself!!! (Unless the item is faulty) and on top of that, the return process is so unclear and uncertain that, not to mention the return shipping is almost as expensive as the item itself, you might as well forget about returning it altogether. In summary: save your money for other nice things and buy something pretty elsewhere! Also, forget about the customer service entirely — anyone ordering should be aware that there’s no going back! ;-)Deutsch:Ich kann nur sagen: bitte, bitte nicht dort bestellen.Ich habe vor ein paar Monaten 3 Kleider dort bestellt. Die Qualität ist meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit für den Preis den man dort bezahlt. Also auch an dieser Stelle klare Empfehlung: Wer auf ein schönes Kleid spart sollte sein Geld lieber in einem anderen Shop ausgeben!Das Material ist billig und es sieht insgesamt auch billig aus (häufig sind die Kleider auch ziemlich durchsichtig).Fast oder sogar noch schlimmer als die billigen und überteuerten Kleider ist der unhöfliche, unfreundliche und schnippische Kundenkontakt. Soetwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen im Kundenkontakt sind sowas und unfreundlich - eins lässt sich sagen: dort möchte einem keiner helfen!Und ACHTUNG: die Rückgabe müsst ihr komplett selbst zahlen!!! (Außer bei Mängeln) und zudem ist die Rückgabe so undurchsichtig und unsicher, dass davon, ganz abgesehen davon dass der Rückversand bald genauso teuer ist wie die Wahre, dass man dies gleich komplett lassen kann.Zusammengefasst: Spart euer Geld lieber auf andere schöne Sachen und kauft euch wo anders etwas hübsches! Außerdem kann man den Kundenkontakt komplett vergessen — wer bestellt sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es kein zurück gibt! ;-)
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!1. Their sizing is extremly off to the point it is toxic. It is made for skinny girls and small girls only. All sizings are off, I wear S/M from Zara, 6/8 from lululemon depend on the bust. HOWEVER, thier size L chokes me and for an exchange you gotta pay for the delivery fee going and back.2. Their clothes are NOT a good quality. After all fuss, finally received the bigger size and now the strings are UNNECESSARY long AND the shoulder straps are uneven. Like not even subtly, extremly uneven. I asked for follow up and pretty much someone sounds like robot answered.3. EXTREMLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I also ordered a set that was meant to be premade, that on the website it said will be dispatched in 15 business days. It has been 20 business days (more than a month non-business days) and still hasn't dispatched and the customer service is a joke. They don't give you any solution or reasonable update, just keep giving same answer like a bot saying "sorry it is still being made and will be sending as soon as possible". I asked for an exact date and they just kept giving me excuses. If it is going to take more than 15 business days, probably just say that instead of lying on your own website? They were not at all apologetic and kept just telling me that if I can "kindly" wait which I have been doing for 5 weeks now, 6 weeks soon.I asked them for a refund, and had to chase 3 times just to receive a message them saying if I can wait then said they will eventyally refund the item - then disappeared without actioning the refund. It's just a HUGE joke.Also, all the materials are not breathable.
Cheap dress that didn't look as good as the pictures. Yet another site that posts cute pictures and then they make the dress for 2 cents in China and when they ship it to you it looks bad. I just couldn't be bothered to return it because it wasn't that expensive but I wouldn't buy from them again.
I am extremely dissapointed. I bought a dress and skirt and returned the skirt following lacemade's return process, with the required return label. Tracking shows they received the item, but they never paid me back or answered my many calls, emails and phone calls. They held on to my money and the product, fradulent company.
