LaceMade is the best brand if you’re looking for failry-like or princess-like outfits. I love their cottage-aesthetic also. They are known for their various corsets. Their product has good materials and the price is also reasonable. Would recommend 10/10!
Since the last time I posted my review detailing the pain I've gone through dealing with Lacemade, they've made another goof.This time, they have deleted several negative reviews from their website, including mine. Specifically, on the plus & curve Rose's Smile dress, they deleted the reviews that had photos showing how the cups on the dresses we received as paying customers were extremely small and narrow, and not at all as advertised on their website. This is a very shady and possibly fraudulent business practice.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I am starting to think that this Company is a scam and that the positive reviews are fake. According to the Company's shipping policy on the website, orders will be processed within two business days. It has already been more than a week since I have placed my order. I have not received any updates since then. Don't even waste your time and money on this Company. It's not worth it :(
HORRIBLE customer service! I have ordered 3 dresses and because their sizes are EXTREMELY off, I have requested a return. Been emailing so many times asking for a return label. No reply of course. And today I submitted another return request, I got a message “order not returnable”??? What in the world? This is ROBBERY. You better quickly send me my return label and I ship the order back asap, or else I am going to dispute this to my bank! It’s NONE OF MY FAULT that your size chart is a joke!!!
STAY AWAY! I ordered a couple outfits over a month ago. They took the money out of my account. They stated it would be shipped a long time ago. After not receiving a confirmation about my order departing from their warehouse I have contacted customer service numerous times just to be ignored. My order is no where to be found. This company might scam you.
I've had a great experience with all of my orders, the sizing is a bit limited in some dresses as I've had to size up because I'm a D cup, but that is not a deal breaker for me, the fabrics are way better than other brands and their designs are very cute. The only thing missing to be perfect will be "curvy" sizing or elastic chests and more black options with summer casual dresses.
Their response is very slow, I was worried about my order and asked for the size chart, but they didn't reply for a long time. About the dress, I think they need to add more detailed information on that. The peacock dress is not what I expected. Super thin layer and see through inside.
Very slow customer service response. Place an order for nearly 1 month - no response. Then only after 3 emails they came back with a sloppy apologize that its holiday and factory problem, and my order will have extra 15 days. I love the product so I will try my best to get it, but I dont think I will ever return to buy them. Very bad service.
