Im returning customer for more than 3 years. Im out of patience for their customer service. I believe the customer service is in china and so they only able to respond 1 email a day and the issues getting very long time to solve. I love their dress but i must say they have the worst customer service. If you bought wrong size and want to return then prepare for the worst experience.
High quality corsets at affordable prices! Amazing and unique style dresses and outfits. They are quick to respond to questions. Shipping doesn't take as long as you think it would. I'm beyond happy I discovered this company! I was a little hesitant at first due to their location overseas but I ended up loving everything. Just make sure you read the size chart and get your measurements correctly because return shipping and cost can be an issue. Another helpful tip is going through the review pics on their site on the item of clothing you're interested in that way you can get a better idea of how it'll fit and what size to get along with your measurements. That helped me a ton! I've purchased 2 corsets, a cloak, 2 skirts and 2 beautiful long sleeve style tops. I'm always on their website looking to see what new pieces they've added to their various collections. I almost want to gatekeep this brand all to myself but that would be wrong of me. Gotta share the love! 🥰♥️
this was my first time ordering from lacemade and it was a great experience. shipping took about 2 weeks total. tracking number was provided so i was able to check in from time to time. i really appreciated that! quality was just as described it looks JUST like the website. it’s actually stunning. i’m usually size small or medium but ended up ordering a large based off the size chart. i’m 5’6 135lbs 35” bust and large fit perfectly. i was between getting a size medium or large but so glad i ended up full sending the large. if you have something sitting in your cart like i did… just do it! you’ll be so stinkin happy!
I’m OBSESSED with this brand but do NOT order without checking the size charts!!! Their customer service is extremely lacking and cancelling or returning orders is a major hassle. Sometimes they’ll reply, but often they will not or they will take forever to. Quality is fantastic and really can’t be beat for the price, especially considering the amount of details on their items. But just know your orders will take a long time to arrive and you should be absolutely sure about what you want and check the size charts. The size charts sometimes differ between items.
lacemade shipped me a returned piece thats also defective (parts were sewn in and fabric was snagged, bows were sewn in properly) and when I asked to return it they expected me to cover shipping. their customer service is slow and so is their refund process despite this completely being their fault.
Ordered 4 items, all the measurements and sizes should have fitted, which they didn‘t. The clothes didn‘t look like the ones on the pictures, plus they didn‘t fit at all. They looked horribly strange, and if you want to return items, which I did - I paid 40€. So I ordered for 180€, and paid 40€ return costs, and if the package will be stuck, like it is at the moment, I will have lost over 220€. LOST. The customer service is so bad and unfriendly, and I am afraid that the Package will be stuck and never reach the locations. So this was a lose-lose situation, and it seems as they are deleting bad reviews. Such poor quality and I am so annoyed. NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE!!! It is gaslighting and fraud. I am so frustrated, since I could return packages all over the world within a couple of days. I HATE THIS BRAND!!!
I ordered the "I snapped" dress for my bachelorettes party. It came quite late, but just in time, although they promised a way faster shipment on their website. As I opened the package, the zip in the back was ripped. I immediately wrote the company as their policy is to react within 7 days, if something was wrong. Since they took their time to reply and my party was within the next days, I took the dress to a tailor. The tailor told me, that it was not only poorly stitched, they used the cheapest possible infinity zip, which is an absolute no go for the back of a dress. The dress would have burst open the second I would have bent over for any reason. The repairs had the same cost as the dress.They then replied, that they would refund me, if I return the dress, even I sent them fotographic evidence, that the dress came with a broken zip. I told them, what happened and asked for a refund.They never responded. Don't buy here. Cheap dresses sold for expensive and horrible customer service. Not going to buy here again.
Misleading Advertising. They advertised buy 3 dresses get 25%. I added 3 dresses to the cart with 25% , i use my point which value $153 from all my purchases before to pay. Once to apply my points the discount 25% disappeared and i have to pay full price for 3 dresses instead 25%. I messaged the customer service. They said i only able to use One option( either get 25% or use my points). I disagree on that because my points i collected from purchasing many time before. The customer ignored me right after i said they misleading advertising since i want to buy 3 dresses and i can’t get 25% off. Very dishonest company. Im a big fan of Lace made but after experienced this i won’t support them anymore. This is America and so if they want to do business in America they must comply with what they advertised. DISHONEST COMPANY
