My favorite brand! I love this brand so much, the designs are so beautiful and feminine, the quality is great, and the sizing is perfect. I’m smaller so it is hard to find clothes that fit but these sizes fit me perfectly! Can highly recommend this beautiful brand!
Great seasonal styles for the inner romantic. The sizing chart is a bit off though so you would need to read carefully on what each fits you best. When in doubt, always size up! Shipping took a little while since it was based in China but the items came a bit earlier than expected. Designs are wonderful and the aesthetic is amazing!
Beautiful clothes hard to know the right sizeI ordered 5 dresses all different sizes but the same dresses just to see which will fit. It came packaged nicely but nothing said the size I was so confused I had to keep trying on the dresses and trying to keep them apart from one another so I wouldn't get confused. If they would mark the sizes on the tag or add a note on what size is which that would help.
The dresses are so beautiful and the quality is there. The customer service is good and the one return I made went smoothly. The pricing, design, and quality is what keeps me buying more from them. Especially with rewards and discounts I think it's really worth it if you love girly unique clothes. The only thing is that I find the sizing can be a bit inconsistent and runs on the smaller side. Shipping can take awhile as well.
Love all of their stuff! It comes in a timely manner and is always good quality and super cute!!! They offer tons of discounts and opportunities to earn points to redeem certain rewards and are always active on updating their website and social media pages. Super trustworthy too, the size chart is exact and I have always received my items on time and in excellent condition. Good customer service too! I once had ordered a dress, but unfortunately they ran out of stock beofore they got to my order and weren’t going to restock the item, they emailed me and offered a refund or another dress of the same value- I chose the refund and it was almost immediate with no issues!!! Totally recommend 👍
I've only had positive experiences with Lacemade, everything is as advertised and most importantly, they're not Taobao drop-shippers!! I have very petite measurements and my size is well within their chart, so I can't speak for others who have needed to do returns/exchanges. However, before the first time I ordered, I did contact their customer service to confirm what size they thought would be best and found them to be helpful.
