Review Time
Although I have not yet purchased a product from La Mansio, I have had a great experience with them already because of how a customer support representative, Emma, handled my inquiries. I first reached out to La Mansio through chatbot, asking about the production of out-of-stock products and did not receive any response for a while, so I wrote a quick message, using Contact Us forum. Then, I was contacted by Emma, and she explained that there was a technical error which caused them not to see my message. From the point on, she was remarkably helpful with providing answers to all my inquiries and more. I am tremendously grateful to her for going above and beyond to assist me promptly and diligently. Thanks to her dedicated work, I am more excited to order the product from them than I was prior to the interaction with Emma.
Bought it on the crowdfunder as a work bag. After very light use as a tote, I used it for the first time as a backpack a couple of years down the line. Both zips broke on the first outing. Customer service was very unhelpful, despite this being clearly down to poor manufacturing. Best offer they gave me was a 'discount' to enable me to spend another £100 or so on their shoddy product in order to replace it.
Fantastic bags. Great quality. Highly functional. Love the wet pouch feature and the versatility of being able to transform it into a backpack. I can also easily carry my yoga mat. The customer service for all my three bags has felt very personalised and attentive.
I backed up the original campaign on Kickstarter. Even after waiting for more than a year, I was not dissapointed when my bag finally arrived in the mail. Everything they promised, they delivered. Use it daily for work (it can hold my 16” laptop) and for travelling (fits on top and inside my carry on suitcase).
I got my first La Mansio bag some years ago as part of their first Kickstarter project. I waited quite a while to get my bag as Covid happened, however the team was very good at keeping us informed on status, even sending pictures during the production.The bag is good quality and really useful with the straps which I use a lot as I bike to work. I've recently bought the Petit bag and the Make up case, and are quite excited about them both! And they arrived much quicker this time 😉😄So in general good support, and useful and beautiful products! I'll definitely keep an eye out for new products. I wanted to attach a picture of my La Mansio family but it is not possible on a "company review" 😢
Really great customer service, and excellent design. You can tell the thoughtfully designed bags are made by women, for women. It's such a relief to have a bag that is function AND form, not just one or the other. And so versatile, too. I chose the Caramel Saffiano and I'm so pleased I did - a gorgeous colour that garners many compliments. Emma has been fantastic in answering questions. With La Mansio, I really feel valued. Rare, these days, with most companies.
