La Mansio's team pitched their Everyday bag just before Covid really hit... so against all the usual challenges of launching a new product, they faced supply chain shortages, quarantines, isolation and disillusion. Despite all that they kept us updated on progress - from order to global delivery - with their own upbeat morale-boosting messages and tone: and delivered a fine, innovative bag. My wife loves it. Kudos to the team: you've come through a major trial and are capable of anything now.
I love this brand! really elegant, classy and practical! The fact that it can be held either by hand, one shoulder straps or like a normal bag on shoulders is great! I really recommend it, specially for the quality of the leather on top of it’s different features.
I tried to reach the customer support for almost a month now, writing directions to their email (twice), in the contact form on website, in the chat on the website. I‘m not satisfied with the bag and want to return it, I wrote to them on the very next day I received the bag. Now it’s almost a month later, they don’t reply, and they have a 30-days return policy. How convenient. The bag itself I didn’t like for multiple reasons.1) there is no laptop compartment, that’s insane. This bag advertises itself as the most functional bag in the world, and there is not even a laptop compartment. You have to buy a separate addon for that. With a big discount I bought it for 236€, and I still think this is WAY too much for a bag that can’t even hold my laptop.2) The looks are not that great. I ordered the green bag because it’s my fav color and it was a little cheaper, but this bag is not even leather, just some synthetic material. Very disappointing.3) Feels kinda bulky to me too.The only working feature that sets apart this mega expensive bag from others is the pocket for wet objects. But I still don’t think it’s that functional, as it is too small for my swimming suit + cap + glasses. And I wouldn’t go to the pool from the office tbh, I always go on weekend with my girlfriend and take a separate bag.Overall, la mansio bag is useless for me and I really hope customer support notices this message and finally sends me return label or whatever they have to do to initiate return. I want my money back!!
The best investment I made in my life.The exceptional quality and elegant design of the bag is only matched by the outstanding customer service that La Mansio provides. I was amongst those who backed La Mansio as a start-up business on Kickstarter. My bags (reward) were held by the Turkish customs and I couldn't release it no matter what. I still wanted the bag so I reached out to La Mansio asking for a discount on my new bags since I was one of the backers, but La Mansio replied by shipping two new bags free of charge to my new location. I received the bags now and couldn't be happier with the product. 200% recommended!
Had the exact same experience as others here. Received the bag as part of the initial launch (and after waiting literally years). The zipper broke on the second or third time I used it. I contacted customer service as this seems to be a defect (not to mention their warranty) and they offered to give me a replacement for 110$ USD - an incredible ripoff. Truly can't believe it. It seems like they did send free replacements for those who were in the initial launch and had defective zippers, so they should be doing the same for me, but they're not. (Also had a similar experience as others here with the handles peeling/tearing too, also after 2-3 uses. Wish I could post photos because this is absurd).I'll write an update if anything changes, but avoid this company at all costs. I'm so mad at myself for falling for this.
As a purchaser of both the The Mansio One and Petit M, I cannot say enough about them. They both in one way or another have been around town or being used on multiple out of country work trips and my wife has enjoyed them both. Keeping in mind that my wife is a die hard Coach fangirl, she loves how your bags look and feel. And she is rough with her bags too, and note yours hold up. Again, testament to how great your bags are! Waiting patiently to see what else you have down the line!
So grateful for the customer service team at La Mansio as they solved my problem. I have been one of their first supporters, when their campaign exploded on kickstarter. I have always believed in their project and trusted that they would deliver a beautiful product regardless the delay. There had been a delay, but they have been communicating openly so I kept positive. Unfortunately, once shipped I experienced some issues with shipping (not their fault) and I was desperate that I had lost the bags and my money. But thankfully, the La Mansio Team was very kind and found a solution for the issue, for which I am very grateful. It took a while but once I received my bags, I was so excited as they are exactly as expected! They are very beautiful and versatile. I am very happy about it and all its functions. Loving the black saffiano leather.
I love my beautiful bag so much! I bought the Heritage Brown from the Kickstarter campaign and received it probably a year ago now in Australia.I was saving it for special occasions but now use it every day. My job requires a wad of documents/plans most days and often a laptop too. These fit in easily along with my other bits and pieces. Have been using it daily for almost a year and it is still strong and in perfect condition.I looooove the way it looks, just staring at it makes me happy. I feel like a proper, classy adult when I use it. I got the laptop case too, which is strong and looks great. The packing cube fits an unbelievable amount of stuff for how much it reduces down to.Love the double zipper with strap to open both at the same time - use this always.The pass through for luggage is awesome too.Have used it as a backpack too and that works well.The most expensive item I've ever purchased but so worth it. It has elevated me as a person. Thanks for making such an awesome, cool, functional, beautiful bag <3
I bought the La Mansio bag in Heritage Brown from the original Kickstarter and was so excited to use it. Once I received the bag, I immediately made it my every day bag for work, going out, etc. and loved it!However, after just a few months, the zippers began to get stuck frequently, and the bag wouldn't close due to the zipper. This, unfortunately, made the bag unusable as I could secure my belongings. I note that other users have had this same experience, so it's clearly an issue with the design of the bag rather than user error. I reached out to customer service to understand how to fix the issue. However, their only response was to offer me a discount to buy a new bag rather than to provide any useful/practical advice on how to fix my current bag, despite me asking multiple times. It felt like a sales gimmick rather than a company that truly cared about customer satisfaction, particularly since it was an issue with the manufacture of the product. I really bought into the concept and the company at the start and am severely disappointed to say that it feels more like a scam than anything else after my experience.
I supported the crowdfunding from the beginning of LaMansio Idea to produce a perfect bag for a woman. I payed in advance an waited for 1,5 Years! I got regeluraly the updates and just trusted. Corona made it more difficult but an least a really received by bag and additional units. I am using them already 2,5 years and i love them. Very good quality and beautiful and practical.
