I’m sure many people haven’t given fair reviews to La Mansio because of their initial Kickstarter campaign (many didn’t understand how Kickstarter worked), but I’d like to share my positive experiences.Though the Kickstarter reward took longer to receive than expected, I loved my Heritage Leather LM bag when it came in! It holds my laptop and other work items, and I receive a LOT of compliments on it wherever I go. While the Heritage Brown Leather is difficult to maintain, it’s nonetheless gorgeous.Whenever I’ve had any issues with the product, LM has gotten back to me within the week and satisfactorily rectified the issue. Additionally, they have kind Customer Service Reps who are so sweet & polite!I look forward to seeing more from LM in the future!
