I love backpacks. The trouble is that finding one that is comfortable, versatile, and can take me from train to office was not so easy—until La Mansio. The bag is brilliantly imagined, elegant, beautifully crafted, and a stunning working accessory. I am in love.
Emma from the customer service team has been absolutely delightful and helpful. I had difficulties receiving my order and she came back quickly with immediate solutions and took action to resend my order. When I spotted some issues with the surface of the bag, she even suggested a product which could address that. I’ve been supporting La Mansio as a kickstarter project and have been satisfied about their execution of their promise to have a versatile bag and with many pockets. The bag is a little heavier than my expectation but maybe because it’s leather.
I’m so very happy I bought this bag! It’s well crafted, super functional and beautiful for the office but also for someone who does a lot of short haul flights and moving between different types of meetings. It holds its structure well but has well designed spaces and features. I was a bit skeptical of this bag after stumbling across a Facebook group, but I am honestly so glad I bought it. The new bags have stronger reinforcing and zips where previously it was flimsier domes etc, so really upgraded from the earlier model. It arrived within a week (I’m in New Zealand) and customer service was a standout after I changed my order immediately after purchase and had incredibly fast and kind communication
Amazing bag. Always receive many compliments (from the office to the gym, to the airport, everyone compliments it). I had an issue with the zipper and Emma at customer service helped me in a timely and very dedicated manner. I did receive a new bag just a 1-2 week after. I would definitely recommend buying this great and unique bag!
I reported a zipper issue to La Mansio and they sent me a replace bag with a gift straight away. I don't see any issue with the new bag and pretty sure I will use it as my everyday bag. Thank you so much for your quick and kind action.
