We’ve not received delivery as advised. DPD turned up at my house but no parcel delivered.Phone yourselves and was told I had to chase the carrier.Why…. You instructed DPD to send my parcel so it’s up to you to find out why I hadn’t received it although notification was sent from DPD.Reluctantly I did go on DPD website and how annoying my order number and postcode could not be found!!!I await a full explanation
The lamp is very attractive and stylish. It arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. Two small niggles:- on the website I was not able to have different delivery and billing addresses even though it said that was possible. Also, the light was shipped with a European standard two pin plug not the UK three pin plug - I have to use an adaptor.
