Easy ordering, absolutely fantastic delivery bearing in mind I'd ordered just before Christmas, after working hours and I didn't realise that the light came from the Netherlands. Lamp exactly what I have spent years looking for. Base nice and heavy, lamp adjustable in height and reach. I think it looks great
Acknowledgement of order was slow to appear by email resulting in a re-order approx 30 minutes later. When acknowledgement of first order was received i phoned to cancel the second order within 60 minutes to be told this was not possible and would have to return at cost of £4.50. Good product poor service.
