I received the battery while I was out of the country and couldn't install it to check it within the 30 days return window. The battery was installed and charged per their instructions and my laptop will not run without being used with the power supply. Money wasted for a battery that will not work.
I purchased the correct laptop battery. It did not charge. I discharged the computer as directed. My charger worked on the old battery. The charger worked on the old battery when I put the old battery back in.I followed all instructions they gave... cleaned the contacts, giggled the battery, all kinds of things a new battery that was checked prior to sending should not be required. They continue to ask for pictures and VIDEO, of what I am doing...This is crazy. I am trying to send the batter back so they can check it at their shop but they refuse to receive it until I send pictures and videos of what I am doing. Never purchase from this company!
