Battery was a direct match and I had no problem installing it in my HP Pro Book. Happy with purchase although it took about a week longer than you would expect from when they said it was shipped.

It showed up on time, and it works good!

This battery works great! I ordered the largest battery that would fit in my laptop. It will last about 5 hours before it needs charging. The price was good and it arrived when promised. I would buy from them in the future!

Great product!

The product received was an exact match. It's only been 2 days but so far seems to be working great. The battery life has also been as expected as I have only had to fully charge it once since I received it 2 days ago. Delivery was fast and took approx 10 days with a holiday in between. Appreciated that the battery came with 2 screwdrivers that made for an easy install.

Battery was reliable and correct for my machine

The product I got was an exact match, and two weeks in has so far worked great! The battery life has been as expected, and it's brought my computer performance back to what it was before my battery started to fail. My only complaint was the stressful shipping. They use DHL, and the battery took about 10 days to reach me with seldom updates. However, I did get it and the day of updates were accurate using USPS so overall, good experience! I recommend this place, especially because I saved a ton of money and time being able to do the replacement myself.

Poor service and ship

It took over 2 weeks to get battery. Their excuse was being understaffed in warehouse. Website says they ship within 1-2 days of receiving order Would not use again

battery failed/then worked

ordered new laptop battery BTY-MK6installed new battery ..worked for about 5 secthen win 10 battery icon 0% plugged in... messageI tried different methods to install new batteryone method worked..new battery operates okthe issue seems to be the communication between operating system and battery circuit
