Poor product and poor customer service

The quality of laptop battery for HP open 15 inch notebook is poor and it stopped charging after 4 months they agree to give a partial refund and asked me to purchases a new battery fromThen which I did not. They did not even gave any partial refund. Beware of this company and do not buy.

Shady Business Practices

They do not honor anything.... not their 30 day return policy, their warranty or a responsive customer service. They will give you the run around until you give up. They will fight tooth and nail to say the battery is delivered, which it is, but will not mention if it's working properly. Their battery sucks compared to OEM. SKIP THIS MERCHANT at all costs.

Followed the instructions and the battery worked fine for only a few days. It short cycles now and is really worse than the six year old battery it replaced. Sad.

Wrong battery

Before purchasing I triple checked the laptop make and model with the stated battery on this site. The battery recieved is not what was advertised. It doesn't fit. Not even close.A waste of money and time.
