As soon as i connected the battery into the laptop, it started smoking. Thank God i was able to Unplug it without it blowing up in my face. When i felt it, it was hot ans smelled burned. I will not be using this battery

HP Spectre x360

Shipping took 10 days instead of the 3 to 7 as advertised. The battery seems OK but I ended up having to twist the connector around opposite of how it comes in order to have the laptop recognize the battery. Hopefully it will last. Haven't tested yet how long it will go not being plugged in.

The internal battery failed to keep a charge

The internal battery failed to keep a charge longer than 30 - 45 minutes. I took my laptop in to Best Buy where I have tech support and they ran a diagnostics on my laptop and said that the internal battery failed. They gave me another company where I could purchase one since Acer doesn't carry them for my laptop and they would install it.

Successful replacement!

The order arrived eight days after being placed, which was reasonable. The replacement battery was the correct part. After installation, the battery charged rapidly and successfully. After the laptop sat unused for 48 hours, the battery is still showing a 99% charge, which indicates to me that the battery is good. I would order from Laptopbatterydirect again with no reservations.

Laptopbattery/direct on point!!

Laptopbattery/direct did everything right! Twice. My wife and I were both having battery issues with our ASUS Flip laptops. First I ordered mine. Received in 4 days. Installed by local guy for $15. I went back again and reordered. Same thing. Both computers are running awesomely!! Thanks Laptopbattery/direct!
