Ordered a mini elevate watch and within…

Ordered a mini elevate watch and within a week the screen had condensation in it. They sent a replacement and exactly the same thing happened. They did refund the watch but customer services take a while to get back and seem to email only early hours of the morning, then take another 24 hours to respond. Don’t recommend

Best customer service (John,Jossa and Sophie)

I ordered a gold watch from Larsson & Jennings. I received it and I love it beautiful and elegant. I ordered a second one of two tone golden silver , but it got lost on the way and couldn’t be found. I contacted the customer service of Larsson & Jennings and they were the best customer service ever. They answered all my questions and replied to each email I sent regardless whether it’s a weekday or weekendand they did their best to satisfy their customer. The watch couldn’t be found so they sent me a new one. It’s on the way. I hope it arrives on time. I couldn’t ask for more help and support . The best customer service team John, Jossa and Sophie.
