Review Time
Customer service needs a lot of work and the return process was unnecessarily complex and drawn out because the customer service agents would keep closing tickets and switching reps, almost as if buying time to time out your ability to make a return. The watch was fine, just not as expected so I wanted a different one instead, but the process to return the watch was such an annoying process I will never buy from this company again and didn’t even bother buying the watch I was eyeing. Annoyed I had to pay $20 to return the darn product (unused, unworn, had it for less than 7 days still in its box) because they didn’t even foot the shipping bill back to them.
I must say that to start, I really enjoy this watch. It's very classic and chic looking. However, I have a few things I wish were different. In the pictures, I wish that they had differentiated what size of the face of the watch each model was wearing; I ordered the smaller one because I was unsure. Additionally, while natural wear and tear is expected, the vermeil on this is shockingly thin, and after only a few months, the scuffs (which I don't mind) are beginning to reveal the silver metal underneath, which for the price point, is a real shame. It's not noticeable (yet), but reflects a larger flaw in quality.
