The leggings were highly uncomfortable. The material had very little stretch to them. The fabric was scratchy. Returns are not easy. You have to email to do returns and pay for return shipping. Also the website reviews are paid affiliates and you are unable to review the item yourself on their website.
I emailed the company a month after I purchased the item to tell them I never received a tracking number. They never responded. I finally got the leggings. Y'all these are the worse leggings I have ever tried on. First they are clearly not made for pregnant women. First I could barely get them over my thighs. I wear a size small I maternity clothes from Beyond Yoga and I purchased a medium based on their sizing guide. These have no stretch. Once I got them on, they squeezed my bump so much. They were miserable. The material feels like plastic. They are seriously the worse things I have ever tried on. Do yourself a favor and just purchase from beyond yoga. These are junk. I bet they will never respond to my refund request either meaning I am now out $200
Great customer service from Diana who gave me a refund for my order when I got the size wrong and was too late to exchange it for a different size. Although she didn’t need to, when I explained my situation, she was very kind and prompt in replying me to offer me a 50% refund and to keep the leggings that were the wrong size. It has made my whole experience with Lasora a pleasant one and I am grateful for her kind help. Thanks Diana and Lasora :)
False advertising, arguably a scam company. Product looks NOTHING like what was on the website, the absolute worst quality I had ever laid hands and eyes on with the cheapest materials you can imagine. I fell for their glossy website and international appearance, even their "as seen on" must have been either very old or bought - then to have a London address! My order took over 2 weeks to arrive and was clearly straight from China! I strongly believe this is just a direct-from-factory shell brand. The "leakproof nursing bra" I got is at best worth £0.20p, not £20! They wouldn't give me a full refund insisting on hygiene reasons - which is unheard of for bras. They will only offer me 50% back which is frustrating to say the least, but I need to spread the word - do NOT FALL FOR THIS "BRAND" LADIES!
I can't even find the words to describe how horrible of an experience this has been. The leggings are awful... See through, extremely poor quality, and look like they cost about 2$. I paid almost 80$ for "buttery smooth" maternity leggings and the quality of the product is rough, the seams don't line up, they are not supportive AT ALL. Upon contacting them for a refund, they informed me that "they are experiencing ""WAREHOUSE RETURN ISSUES"" and will be unable to refund full price, however, I can keep the leggings and they will give me 50% back." A scam if I've ever heard one. Taking it up with my bank and reporting to the FTC.
I had wonderful customer service fromDiana at Lasora. I ordered back in November and entered my order incorrectly and didn’t end up getting the buy one get one free offer as I had also added the discount code. Although she didn’t have to, after explaining what I had done wrong she kindly refunded me 50% of my order. I’m also extremely happy with the leggings and how they look, they are very comfortable and look really nice on. I’d definitely order from them again.
False advertising all over their website, which is a huge shame. Idk how these leggings were apparently featured in so many magazines and have a bunch of positive feedback on social media (paying off influencers or approaching lots of people interested in promoting free product?).They ship directly from a factory in China, so shipping was pretty slow. I didn’t realize they didn’t have their own USA warehouse before I ordered. I’m always sketched out when stuff ships directly from China, even though I know most of our stuff comes from there anyway. They claim their leggings are “buttery soft”: They are not. I have leggings I would describe that way, and these are not it. The fabric is actually fairly rough. After about a month of wear, they are pilling and fraying between the thighs. I have 2 pairs, and both are doing this. They claim online that their leggings are not see through: THEY ARE!! I realized it a month in when I went to the bathroom, turned around, and saw my rear end in the mirror. I could faintly see my thong through the fabric, and if I bent over just a teensy bit, it became super obvious. I’ve been walking around in these tights for a MONTH; at work, the grocery store, to dinner. Not a single person has said anything about it, not even my husband, but they are CLEARLY see through. I was completely mortified. I’m about to buckle and order maternity jeans ASAP. All around a disappointing product propped up by social media influencers.
