The customer services was great!I had a great experience shopping in Lasora, I love my jumpsuit, but unfortunately the first that I bought was 1 size too small, I contacted the customer service for a change and as a one-time gesture. They let me to keep the current jumpsuit, as their warehouse was unable to accept returns.I have been using my jumpsuit, and it is very comfortable and the fabric is soft and nice.
I bought 2 xl leggings, but they were too big. I was accounting for my expentant growth, as I am between sizes. I reached out to see if I could exchange for a smaller size. Instead of exchanging, they sent me 2 large pairs! They fit perfectly! Super comfortable, and incredibly soft. A fantastic Maternity purchase!
Avoid they do not give your money back.Complete scam. Advised they can only process half my payment as their system was down. (Makes zero sense as to why they can process half & not it all) I didn’t argue with them and accepted half as I thought it was better then nothing. Wish I read the reviews before i purchased.
I would recommend this company 100% and more. I placed an order for a pregnancy pillow, but sadly suffered a miscarriage soon after ordering. I emailed the company to cancel my order, if possible and I wasn’t expecting the reply that I got from a lady of the team called Diana. Honestly the most kind and caring email I have ever received from someone whom I don’t even know. The care and compassion from one email, brought tears to my eyes. Diana not only issued me with a refund but also reduced my stress even more by saying that I could keep the pillow. I will be using this company in future when needed and this company will be the 1st in my mind, should someone ask me. What an absolute credit to Lasora. Brought pure happiness to a sad time, with someone’s actions, who I haven’t even met. Wow! Thank you
Great customer service. I initially bought the incorrect size of their jumpsuit to my disappointment. After contacting the company, a lovely lady Diane, emailed me stating that they were in the process of moving factories which would make a difficult to return. So she offered to send a new one, free of charge to me. I had to wait a bit as it was sold out but sure enough it did arrive and this one fitted me! Great high quality material, built in support around my bump. I am a UK 8/10 and the M/L fitted me comfortably, I’m also 34 weeks pregnant with twins and my stomach circumference is currently 46inches so was a little harder to get into. I can imagine this being easier for a mother carrying a single pregnancy. I wish I had bought this in the right size earlier as I would have invested in more items. Definitely would recommend!
Fantastic experience with this company and the leggings themselves! They are so comfortable... I accidentally ordered the wrong size (small) so they sent me a medium and large to try both instead. Very responsive and understanding customer service and great leggings! I will be wearing them throughout my pregnancy and recommending them to others!
Bought two maternity leggings from them and loved them. Loved how they fit as my belly grew & how high they came up & supported my stomach & back. Later I bought some of their nursing bras. I had trouble determining which size I would fall under. When they arrived (I ordered 4) they were all a bit too small for my cup size. I reached out & customer service informed me that their return warehouse was currently unable to accept returns at the time, but they would send replacement & let me keep the originals. Their responses where timely and thoughtful
Terrible experience!! Do not purchase from this company!! I ordered maternity leggings in two different sizes but both were a terrible material and fit. I asked how to send back the items for a refund as it is was within 2 days and they said they were having difficulties processing returns at the moment with their warehouse so could only offer a 50% refund!! It is your right under the consumer rights act 2015 to request a full refund within 14 days for online purchases, I’ve seen they have done this to others. Still awaiting a response!!
