Wished I read reviews first. The leggings just don’t fit right - I ordered a large (usually a medium) but the legs are too long so I requested a refund. The quality is also not great - slightly see through and felt no support in the belly. They tried offering an exchange or partial refund, claiming they had issues processing a refund in their system which I refused as I didn’t want to keep something I wasn’t going to wear and now I can’t email them back anymore they have blocked me so my emails are now undeliverable. Do not purchase!!
Unfortunately, the quality and fit of the Lasora maternity bra did not meet my expectations. Despite ordering a bigger size -L ( I am a size M at the moment), the item fits more like a size S/xs . Their size guide doesn’t correspond with the size of the bra. I can’t enjoy to wear them because is way to small and I need comfort. Additionally, I have a similar model from another retailer same “quality” but at a lower price£12 for 4 bra , and I was hoping for a higher-quality product by paying more. While I was asking for a refund I was surprised to find that I am not eligible for a refund because due to hygiene reasons they don’t offer refund for bras.
I wouldn’t even give this one star. These leggings are of the worst quality you can imagine. They are 1000% see thorough. They will claim an issue with processing a return… their return policy * on their website also contradicts their 14 money back guarantee they claim to back on the product screen. So beware! You can’t leave a review anywhere fyi. So red flag! They also smell like plastic. Completely not what you think you’re getting paying top dollar.These leggings are garbage!!!
Ordering clothes online can be sketchy but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Had a sizing hiccup and reached out to customer support, and they sorted it out with ease. Super grateful for their support! Will defo be buying from here again xx
I ordered a set of the black leggings and just a few days after receiving them I sadly had a miscarriage. Naturally, I wanted to return them and reached out to customer service. They were very quick to respond and so empathetic and kind with a lovely message that felt like a warm hug from a friend. They told me they would issue a full refund and I could keep the pants so as to not add stress to an already terrible situation. All I could do was cry. This company is truly a blessing. I hope to some day make good use of their pants, God willing. Thank you so much for your kindness and humanity.
I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled after my experience with this company. All seemed legitimate but after ordering I soon realised they were being sent from China (questionable) and they took nearly two weeks to arrive. When they did arrive, quality was terrible. They feel really cheap and 100% are not worth the cost I paid. There is no information on returns on their website, which seemed odd. I contacted their customer service team as advised and to be fair, got a very quick response. However, I was told their returns system was in the process of changing (due to moving warehouses) and was initially offered a 50% refund and told I could keep the items. What then followed was a lot of frustrating back and forth where I kept trying to establish simply when it would be possible for me to get a 100% refund and return the items. I kept being offered a slightly higher % refund and told I could keep the items. In the end I had to be a bit rude via email and was told the returns warehouse is in the US and there is no timeframe on when I would be able to return my items for a full refund. Eventually, I settled for a 70% refund because I didn't want to deal with them any longer. I imagine this is what they hope for. It feels like a complete scam and I wouldn't be surprised if there is no returns policy. Please don't buy from here. Also, now that I have read other reviews they all mention 'Diana' who all my emails were also from. I struggle to see how this isn't a scam.
I wanted to love these so bad… it took 2.5 weeks for my leggings to come in because they got stuck in customs. I had no idea they were shipping from China. I ordered a Medium, my true size and let’s just say I can see my full leg sleeve tattoo through them no problem. Would NOT recommend to a friend. Mamas, stick to Target or Walmart if you’re looking for something budget friendly.
