I've bought a bird a bike 3 weeks…

I've bought a bird a bike 3 weeks before from la souris online. Believed it can give me upto 60 to 80 km range but it only gives you 35 to 40 Km range when I asked the customer service they said the same it can only gives you upto 40 km then why you guys put tot 80km***.They also said it can't be returned??? Disappointed to the core.

I have ordered bike and paid, I clearly call them and ask I need this bike as a birthday gift, I called to ask they informed me it will be available max on week 47, It’s the week but nothing I called back again to ask about the bike, to get an answer that the bike will be delivered only on week 49, so it’s 5 weeks, their communication is really bad and no credibility, I will give an update once I hear
