Failed maintenance and key loss

On October 15th, I left my scooter at your Amstelveen branch for a scheduled maintenance service at 10am (appointment confirmation #409103).Since then, I have received no updates regarding its status.Week after week, I visited your shop only to be told that the service was not done and that my scooter key had been lost.On November 20th, exhausted by your persistent incompetence, I collected my scooter with the spare key, as the main key had been lost due to your mishandling.After the repeated false assurances I have received, the unacceptable delays, and the loss of my key, I demand the immediate replacement or full reimbursement of the lost key, as well as a full refund (€169.00) for the maintenance package linked to purchase order #569092.I have already sent a complaint to your email address, and as expected, I have not received any response.I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. Otherwise, I will escalate it to the dispute committee.EDIT:I’ve sent 6 emails from different email addresses and you didn’t reply once. I’m filling a complaint to the dispute committee, I’m sick of it.

Bad quality,(chinese) after 5 weeks rust everywere. After 6 mounth's derrieur broken. No garantie nothing. Telling you that is because of wrong use 🤣🙈.So be awere and spend youre money better!

I had a very good experience in Rotterdam thanks to Berny. He identified quickly which part needed repair and guided me throughout the process, always with a smile and with a top professional attitude. If I have any other problem I hope to be attended by someone like Berny again. So far, very happy with the service.
