Review Time
It was my first maintenance service at La Souris Utrecht. While they followed a checklist for the scooter’s upkeep, I was quite surprised to find that an oil change had not been carried out. Considering that this is one of the most fundamental aspects of any routine servicing, I expected it to be included. When I inquired about the omission, I wasn’t provided with a clear explanation and was simply advised to revisit the following month for the oil change. This approach gives the impression that customer time and convenience are not important.
When you contact them for a problem they will just ignore you for months instead of solving their mistakes. What a dusguisting company, who lies and doesnt even send money back after THEY cancelled an order because they didnt even have my order in stock when i ordered it somehow… What a joke you guys are!
I visited the shop twice. Nathan and Dwain were the ones who assisted me. When I purchased the bike, it was Dwain who guided me through the process. This was my first time buying a bike in the Netherlands (i just recently migrated here) so i naturally had a lot of questions, and Dwain helpfully answered all of them. I am happy with the experience and i’m happy with my new bike. Keep up the great work!
