Review Time
I had a scheduled appointment to leave my fatbike for a 500km maintenance on Friday morning. Having an appointment I had expected the bike to be ready the same day (brand new fatbike 2,5 month!). I received a notification only on Wednesday mornning that my bike was ready. 3 full business day for a 500km maintenance when I had a scheduled appointment is way too excessive i think.
I want to say that the customer service is incredibly bad. It's impossible to get through on the phone, and you have to wait at least two weeks to get something fixed, at best. My chain broke, and they told me to schedule a repair appointment in a month. I bought a bike to ride every day, so what am I supposed to do for a month?! There is often a problem with the brakes
