Beware of this company!!!The quality of lights delivered is the total opposite of what they display on their website. The website looks quality, the delivered product is cheap tat.The refund process is a joke, when they finally reply to return request emails they offer 50% refund and you can keep light, then they go to 80% and you can keep light. Eventually, after several more emails, they agree to return & refund... but then don't give any details / address etc to return goods to and ignore further emails.I don't believe they have any intention of issuing a refund or accepting returns.The company, MALORE Limited, supposedly is UK based but I get impression this is just a postal address with no real presence in UK and believe goods are also shipped from outside UK.If you are looking for lighting fixtures I highly recommend you look elsewhere as you will be disappointed if you purchase from this seller
I would give this company less stars if I could. The items ship from china, this is not stated on their website. If you receive a damaged item they ignore your return requests. No customer service. I would advise not to purchase from them.
Ordered two Vintage Amber Glass Ceiling Lights. When they arrived, we discovered there are no brackets to attach them to the ceiling and no assembly instructions. Our electrician confirmed they simply cannot be installed. The lights are not fit for purpose and he's not certain that would met British standards.I contacted customer service and initially received a response asking for photos, which I provided. I also clearly explained my rights under consumer law and requested return labels.Since then - complete silence. Five follow-up emails over two weeks have gone unanswered. The phone number on their website is not connected.I have been left with no option but to initiate a chargeback through my credit card company.Avoid this company. If something goes wrong, you will not be able to reach them.
Communication was good. It took a little longer because of the holidays, but the lamp arrived well packaged and feels high-quality. You can choose warm, cool or neutral light. The wrong bulb was included but I just solved it myself.
Terrible service. The outside light I ordered is cheap and not worth the money was supposed to be £100. I emailed to return but they have not answered so at present unable to get my refund that I am entitled to. Would definitely not order from this company
