SCAM WEBSITE - AVOIDOrdered a £50 outdoor light which looked good quality on the photos. Plastic rubbish arrived, probably cost £1 to produce. Website states products can be returned but after weeks of back and forth by email they are only offering return to China at my expense. Didn’t look through the website properly before ordering, but can now see A.I generated slop on the about us page. Charge back process through my bank started to get my £50 back. Edit: For clarity, this was a distance sale, and under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations / Consumer Rights Act) I’m entitled to cancel and receive a full refund. Requiring an undisclosed overseas return and repeatedly offering store credit instead of a refund is not compliant with those regulations. The company confirmed by email that they will not provide a UK return address despite advertising one on their website. They also advertise a customer service phone number which doesn’t work. Laughable how unprofessional. Pure scam
We bought lights from this company as they looked good online and fitted the space. We ordered two identical lights as that's what we need for the room. They took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did one was broken. There is NO customer support, the phone numeber to call (it's a fake one) and they do not answer emails. therefore I am stuck with a broken light rather than a pair so I cannot fit them or use the other. Avoid this company, they seem to be based in china and only offer a fake address and phone number. Very dissapointed.
This is a scam. Do not order from Lasson Living. This company uses bots to boost their reviews; look at how the positive reviews are from various locations (typically US or Ireland) whilst Lasson Living claim to be UK based. Bots also post very frequently, only post positive reviews, and tend to review companies with mixed reviews like this one. I am attempting to cancel my order with Lasson Living, but customer service refuse to update the situation. All the replies promise an update, but it has been over a week. It does not take that long to NOT ship something.Do not buy. Do not order. If you have been scammed, please seek a refund.
This is a scam. It's not made clear that the lights come all the way from china, as shipping is free. This is to trick you into thinking you are getting European quality. Chinese good can be great, but the lamp I recieved was of very low build quality for £50. Parts don't fit together properly. Avoid at all costs.
Do not buy from this "company" unless you want cheap Chinese junk. Products are shipped directly from China so takes ages to arrive. If you don't want it, then you have to return them back to China at your own expense, which is conveniently not stated on their website. You also have to arrange the return via email and they take days / weeks to reply.
