Ordered a ceiling light and it arrived directly from China in very poor packaging and the item itself was tat!! Nothing like the website description and picture! When I contacted customer services they said they’d refund, but they didn’t. It’s a scam!!! On a closer look the webpage is AI generated and the Instagram page doesn’t allow comments - I wonder why!!!!!!!! Wish I had been more careful checking the company before ordering! Went through my credit card company and they refunded me straight away - no questions asked! They clearly could see this was a fake scam setup!!!! Wish I could give no stars!!
My suspicions were raised from the start when, despite the website stating 'in stock in the UK', I received notification from a shipping company in China that my item had been dispatched. When it eventually arrived, our handyman attempted to fit the light, but found that it had missing or incorrect parts and there were no instructions. I emailed Lasson Living and they immediately emailed back requesting photos, which I sent. Since then, nothing. This was two weeks ago. Fortunately I paid by credit card so I can claim it back. I'm now in the process of raising a chargeback with my bank. Do not buy from this company!
This is a scam company. The product quality is appalling and there is no way to return the goods in the UK. Communication for a refund is via email only and to date unforthcoming. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this web site.
We’d been searching for a modern pendant for above our dining table. Ordered from Lasson Living and it arrived in just a few days. Solid quality and exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for. Customer service helped me with a quick installation question too.
