Scam website!!!! Do not order from this website. I wish I should have checked these reviews before I bought something.Your orders directly shipped from China. I ordered 2 products. It took 3 weeks to arrive. And one product shipped wrong color, the other one lost in the transport and never arrived. The customer care is also useless. Avoid this company
I am extremely disappointed with Lasson Living. I ordered three wall and ceiling lights months ago. Shipping took far longer than expected, and it was not made clear at checkout that the products were being manufactured and shipped from China.Only one light has arrived so far. The quality is shockingly poor for the price. The glass shade is covered in hundreds of small surface cracks and scratches, giving it a very cheap and badly finished look. The bulb fitting is made from rough black plastic and looks unfinished and ugly when installed. The product looks nothing like what is presented on the website and is absolutely not worth the price charged.Two lights still have not arrived, months later, and customer service has been slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful. I have been passed between different people, given conflicting information, and pushed tracking links instead of solutions. I am now being told I may have to pay return postage despite the product clearly not being of satisfactory quality.Overall this has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor quality products, misleading presentation, long delays, and very weak customer support. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
100% scam company. Ordered arrived and in line with their 30 day return policy i asked for a refund as id changed my mind. Ive been told I need to return to China at my own cost which is not mentioned at all in their t&cs. I understood returns were at my own cost but not to China which is entirely unreasonable when they present as a uk company.
I made a leap of faith with this company, you must appreciate that the light fittings are made in China, therefore the goods do take longer to arrive, and they do arrive. The light fittings are as described and we're what I was looking for, the customer service kept me informed of what was happening, overall a great company.
