DO NOT BUY - This company is a scam!!!. The 3 outside lights I purchased, which subsequently shipped ex China with a 4 week delay, are in fact not IP65 compliant at all. My professional electrician rightly refused to fit them. Do not believe their email assertion of IP65 compliance as this is a lie. As with other unfortunate customers, I am now resorting to a charge back via my bank having tried and failed in 6 email communications. Their customer service line is not valid.
AVOID AVOID AVOIDAs with other reviews, this is a scam website that drop ships poor quality/cheap items from China and does not allow returns. Fake customer service number. Delayed email responses. And VERY poor quality. I also see that all the negative reviews on here are getting pushed down by very new positive reviews, also suspicious. Look at their rubbish A.I website (particularly the photos and 'about us' section), and look at the reviews on here. Scammers.
I found the company a pleasure to deal with. Several hitches caused by my mistake in ordering + the long distance the lights came from, were dealt with efficiently and courteously (one email even answered at 5.00pm on a Sunday!) There was always a human being to talk to!
Advertised aluminium outdoor light. Sent me plastic one, very poor quality I would not trust it to be hooked up to electrics! I have had 3 emails back and forth so far trying to argue not refunding me. Emails look like they are written by AI. Scam company.
