olivia was brilliant

olivia was brilliant. She listened to my initial enquiry, sent a brochure and when I wasnt sure which windbreak material to buy , went to the bother of sending out samples which arrived promptly. Olivia kept us fully appraised of how our order was progressing and ensured our delivery was prompt. Olivia contacted us when the windbreak material was delivered to make sure that we wee happy with our purchase. Top class customer service.

I recently purchased a new hose from LBS and after it was delivered yesterday, I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I phoned in and Katie was a great help finding the correct size for me and arranging the pick up of the return.. service with a SmiLe.The new one has just arrived less than a day later, amazing service.Thanks Katie and team!

Great service from Olivia Monaghan

Great service from Olivia Monaghan. Quotes send back correctly and quickly. Sorts payments very quickly. Keeps me informed when deliveries are due. Also lets me know if their are any stock shortages.
