We ordered the very large rubber pots expecting to wait for several days and wow arrived the following day.Fantastic pots too, just what we wanted.Well done LBS Horticulture. The palm center in Ham recommended you and they were right.

Researched everywhere before my purchase. Best price, products, availability and delivery. Large double domestic order perfectly managed and shipped. Some minor transit damage which was immediately resolved by Rebecca who is a star re customer relations who dealt with everything: discounts, deliveries, damaged item and replacements. Solely because of Rebecca these are now my future go to horticultural supplier. Thanks so much. Very happy!

CONTINUATION OF REVIEW AND In reply to the answer to LBS…

In reply to the answer to LBS Horticultural ( because apparently they can reply but I cannot):Yes the order came within the 7 days - on day 7 in fact and BECAUSE I placed a negative review on here. Thank goodness for Trust Pilot!However from the email I eventually received the Customer Services only replied to me after I left the negative review which took them two working days then! They DID NOT respond as you would expect Customer Services to do. Or maybe I work for companies with higher customer services standards? I found them stressful to deal with an the lack of response worrying so will never buy from them again. And I believe they sent that order out on time because I made a negative review via TRUSTPILOT. It was eventually sent next day delivery. So if you do place an order with this company be ready to do the same. Complain on here.Personally having now received these plant pots they are cheaper on Ebay and arrive faster and you get the Ebay customer services which is usually far better than this business and you get the Ebay guarantee if anything does go wrong - because I found this lack of customer services response very worrying so I would not buy from them again. I would use Primrose or Ebay. Also being charged £17.94 for postage and then still having to wait 7 days to receive this is definitely a big downside. Its CHEAPER from Ebay! I do not mind paying for shipping but at that price expect to get things faster!Also I think the other reviews are possibly from Fake customers because my experience of this company is so very different. That also worries me because like many I rely on Trust Pilot to decide if to buy or not from someone.

WOW - Best service ever from Rebecca and Katy. Employees of the year.

I called to check on a order and when delivery would be made as we required the equipment to allow us to facilitate event workshops. Katy who took my call was extremely helpful, courteous, cheery and professional, doing everything she could to check on progress. No fault to LBS or Katy, but we established that my company hadn't sent through the required PO for the order to be processed. Realising this I contacted our office manager who immediately sent through the PO to Rebecca. Katy provided her extension number to contact her back and when I called back, she again went out of her way understanding the urgency at my end. Both Rebecca and Katy said they would try to prioritise the order and I would receive this early next week. To my extreme delight the parcel arrived today around lunchtime from a initial phone call under 20hrs earlier. I would like to say that both these members of your organisation are a asset to you and have promoted your company to the highest standard. Well done :)I will certainly be promoting this to our fraternity of Head gardeners within the National Trust for Scotland. Still not delivered

Have been waiting 17 days for a few simple connectors that should have been delivered within 7 working days. What a complete waste of time. Wish I had bought from somewhere else.
