Review Time
I had been struggling to get a replacement transformer for Christmas lighting. Every company I approached could not help me or provide any advice. I contacted James via email and he managed to track one down and went to a great deal of effort to locate the transformer I needed. I was desperate to get my Christmas lights working for my young niece with special needs who loves seeing the Christmas lights, but time was running out. James was sooo incredible and went above and beyond to get the transformer delivered the following day and really saved the day. I can't tell you how much I appreciated all his help, his professional attitude, care for customers, and keeping me informed throughout. He provided exceptional customer service and I was truly grateful and surprised by how he went out of his way to help. He really didn't need to provide the help that he did, but he really did ensure that the children were not disappointed and saved Christmas with his kindness . I would not hesitate to recommend this company again and really appreciate the kindness and assistance given.
bought Christmas lights, ordered on the 16th dec as mine had broken, their warehouse had apparently closed for Christmas, which if you are selling Christmas stuff is laughable, finally got them on the 11th January just in time for Christmas then, they did ask if i wanted a refund as their warehouse closed, i would love to work for them nearly have a month holiday for Christmas. would never buy from again, as crap service
We had a new, (well one week old,) pair of LED Christmas garden reindeer; a very nice product. Unfortunately, squirrels or foxes took a liking to the 2-core electrical wiring and, within the space of two evenings, proceeded to chew it into five or six separate pieces, such that the lights no longer worked. It was clearly not the supplier's fault, however I phoned Leisuregrow to see if they had any spare cables. Trudie, a very friendly and helpful customer services agent informed me that they didn't stock any spare cable, but she had a returned broken LED snowman with compatible cable that she was prepared to cut off, and send to me by first class post, free of charge. The cable arrived the following day, I reconnected the deer to the electrical supply, and the deer were illuminated again in good time for Christmas. Thank you so much Trudie. I purchased a Starry nights 4m pole in the Christmas sales last year so was excited to finally erect it at the beginning of December... Before the end of the first week we have the biggest storms we've had in years and the pole unfortunately bent.Instead of heading back to the garden centre 11months later and no receipt I thought I would email these guys as the email was in the manual. Within minutes I had an email back saying they would sort me out, and within a few days I had my new pole delivered free of charge!Best thing is the weather is back to normal ( rain lol ) but the tree is back up and looking fantastic !Cant thank you enough, so here's a 5 star review ✨️ :)
