Excellent service, I would highly recommend this company, although I would probably suggest they use a different courier as they were atrocious. My item arrived but on receipt small fragments were broken off it through transportation presumably, but item was still functional. I contacted the company and told them, they immediately responded to my email and offered me a partial refund which I was more than happy to accept.

Having purchased a consumer item via Amazon UK that was supplied by Leisuregrow, there was a small issue with the product that I hoped that Leisuregrow might be able to help me with. I contacted them first by telephone and then with a requested follow-up email, and hey presto - the great folk at Leisuregrow set about helping me, and surpassed my expectations with their proposed remedy. As email replies were coming from more than one person, it seems that Leisuregrow has a really excellent and helpul team.
