Finally had my wife's approval to buy a BBQ, and after much deliberation, eventually chose the SmashGrill Portable BBQ following a very helpful and informative discussion with James in Customer Service, who was able to positively answer all of my queries and concerns.

Bought a garden bench and on building it discovered a bolt cap was missing. Contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and posted out a replacement straight away. Couldn’t ask for better service and extremely happy with the product.Would totally recommend.
We bought a cast iron outdoor table and chairs supplied by this company (via John Lewis). Excellent stylish product. I managed to lose one of the adjusters on the table and emailed them to see if I could source a replacement. A representative from the company (James) was kind enough to post me a replacement free of charge. Great customer service.

Contacted LG as a parasol we bought last summer as part of a dining set had broken. I asked if they did replacement arms as one arm had broken at the joint.Got a reply email next day asking for a copy of receipt and photos. Contacted Charlie's who we purchased this from who were excellent and immediately sent me a copy of our receipt. Sent this and photo to LG. Email received next day saying the parasol was being replaced. Parasol arrived next day via Fed Ex. From initial contact to replacement arriving.....4DAYS!!!Absolutely brilliant service from LG, what a fantastic company!!! No quibble just easy communication and instant solution. Shout out to Charlie's Garden Centre too and the speedy delivery from Fed Ex. I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommend.
