Having been told over the phone by David in your customer service team that I would get all the help I needed to select a suitable replacement bed by sending a photo and email to consumer@leisure etc the response I received falls well short of what I expected.
I've had the Turin set from June 2023 and in the early months had and issue with a chair which LG replaced FOC. I contacted LG last week April 2025 about a cushion for this range, and James responded with the offer of a FOC cushion. It is brilliant to see companies that have a customer satisfaction high on their agenda....Well Done LG and especially James

I've had my Leisuregrow sun loungers, table, chairs & parasol for years & they are still in great condition. I contacted James in 'Customer Services' this week for a replacement table ring which the parasol pole goes through. Received the part the next day without charge. What fabulous service!

We have owned a Grillstream BBQ for around 5 years, and needed a couple of replacement knobs. I emailed customer service on Sunday night, received an answer on Monday morning, and by Wednesday we had the replacement parts! We are thoroughly impressed by the old-fashioned good service and quick response from James.We love our Grillstream BBQ and the service adds value to the investment in a premium product. We have had so many fabulous family meals around our Grillstream BBQ.
