I purchased some of their lights for my back garden and couldn't stop them flashing and going through the sequence of light changes. I contacted Leisuregrow from their details on the box on the off chance that they may be able give me a solution. Withing minutes they came back to me with what may be the problem and asked me to send a picture of the transformer which i did. It appears that some transformers have a memory function that return it to the last function when turned back on and the one I had didn't. Within two working days i received through DPD a new transformer, fitted it and hey presto lights that stay on the same setting. Leisuregrows customer service is second to none they clearly care about their customers and back up their excellent products with excellent service throughout. I wouldn't hesitation to recommend this company and they shall certainly be my go to choice for any other products they supply.

The level of customer service I received has been second to none, I dealt with 3 different people and all went out of their way to resolve the problem with my Christmas lights that were faulty. Each time the proposed solution was expedited very quickly, although the first 2 solutions did not fix the fault the 3rd has resolved the problem.

I purchased a Grillstream BBQ around five years ago. It’s a well-built, high-quality model with great functionality. However, over the past year, it struggled to reach the high temperatures needed for proper cooking and I couldn't figure out why. It came to a head two weeks ago when I tried to cook a steak on it but could only get to 130c, even with all 4 burners on!I reached out to Leisuregrow for support, and their response was outstanding. They first provided detailed instructions on thoroughly cleaning the gas pipes and ignitors, which helped but didn’t fully resolve the issue. Without hesitation, they then sent me a brand-new regulator and hose—completely free of charge! Given that my BBQ is well out of warranty and I would have happily paid for the replacement, this was a fantastic gesture.I installed the new parts over the weekend, and now the BBQ is performing like new, reaching the high temperatures I’d expect.Leisuregrow has absolutely earned a 5-star rating! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
