Each time I check out, there’s usually an item that rings up incorrectly. They advertise items that aren't available in-store, which feels like false advertising.
If they advertise an item on sale, make sure to go on the first day because it tends to sell out quickly. If you visit later, you’ll find a similar item that isn’t on sale, or it may not arrive at all. This isn’t a rare occurrence, and it's frustrating. I think I may stop shopping here since they don't offer rain checks.
I’ve never had issues until today! One cashier's rudeness completely changed my perception of the store. She was disrespectful, throwing items and showing poor customer service. When other customers needed assistance, she responded aggressively instead of helping. Her attitude was intimidating, and I left feeling very disappointed.
