I order an outdoor lantern, and a received it by Fed-ex the following day. I was informed that my order was on it way. My order arrived carefully packaged and marked fragile to insure safe handling. The lamp was in its own box,, but in addition there were extra wrapping again to make sure the item arrived without damage. This in my opinion is fantastic service, and I would definitely purchase from them again, and would also recommend them without hesitation.
The lights themselves are good quality so I’m happy with them. However I ordered on a Friday morning, expecting them to be delivered the following day as it said on the website it was next day. One of the reasons I ordered from here in the first place was because I needed them ASAP. Monday came round no signs of them not even a dispatched email so I got in contact with them and they said it hadn’t even been put out for delivery with no reason why and that it would be delivered the following day instead.Again no sign of them the following day, got another email saying it would be delivered the following day again. They eventually showed up on the Wednesday, I asked the reason why it was so late when the website states it was next day delivery but had no reply.
