This review is because I really do feel that this company cares. One of my orders came and it was broken and the company replaced it the very next day. The order time is very quick and the customer service team are very friendly and happy to help. No reservation in using this company again - there's companies out there that should take a lesson from this company, they get it right every time. Well done I say!!!
This is the fourth order I have placed over time. Each time my order is delivered promptly, and well packaged to protect goods. I'm able to find items I like as opposed to putting up with "chain hardware outlet" options. Will always be my first choice for lighting.
