Review Time
I ordered a light on 30/05 with the promise of one-day delivery. Unfortunately, it did not arrive the next day as expected, but rather four days later. When the light finally arrived, it was broken. I contacted customer service, and they assured me they would send the necessary parts to fix it. However, they only sent one part. Upon notifying them of this, they promised to send a brand new light which was supposed to arrive "in the next couple of days"—this was on 04/07. It is now 28/07, and I still have not received the light.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of timely and effective customer service is disappointing. I hope they can resolve this issue promptly.
