Purchased several outdoor post lights which are now peeling. They have a 3 year guarantee and I have emailed twice but no reply. Also phoned and no one answers whichever option you choose! Have contacted the manufacturer who say I have to contact the company I bought from.
I ordered some solar lights for the garden which came with a 1 year guarantee. Within a month, one of the lights stopped working. I have contacted their customer service by email twice and via instagram and have had no response! Very disappointing, I would not recommend ordering from this company.Update 13/11/23: companies response to email their customer service is really unhelpful considering I’ve already done that twice and been ignored - AVOID!
Beautiful lamp exactly as described although photo does indicate that the diamond glass is tinted blue, this is not the case as it’s clear but still of good quality. Delivery was second to none, ordered at 4pm and came the next morning at 7.30am. I would highly recommend this company.
Ordered x2 picture lights on Wednesday its 1 day delivery which I paid for. So arriving Friday. Still haven't received them. No tracking information available. I have emailed 3 times they don't respond. Tried phoning numerous times they hang up. Absolutely no way of getting in contact with them. So I've paid for something that isn't coming and no way of speaking to someone. Maybe this review will prompt a response.
