I ordered and paid for 5 outside lights but after a few days received a message that only 4 were in stock and that 1 was on order no time scale and very little information On the 5 day I emailed and left 2 messages but still no response the next day I finally got through to speak to a extremely helpful lady ( I think her name was Cathy ) I may be wrong but you can check the phone records.She informed me that the 5th light would not be available until the 12 July 3 weeks from when I ordered, I explained that I needed the 4 on Monday and she sent them out immediately, but the whole process would have been much easier if someone picked up the phone or emailed to let you know the length of delayThe lady who dealt with my phone call was very apologetic and extremely helpful polite and professional plus I’m very happy with the lights which I picked up today, so thanks to the lady who dealt with me I will be happy to use your service again because of her.
Don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled by the excellent customer service here. One of my lights failed around 5 months after ordering, but when newly installed. I called for a replacement and immediately they sent a new one. It didn’t arrive (evri….) so I called again and hey again immediately sent another - no quibbles, no hassle.
