Review Time
I was looking for something very specific and found it on Lighting Direct. Product descriptions were accurate. It was easy to complete my order and delivery/packaging was great for something that is quite fragile. Would consider using Lighting Direct in the future.
Easy online ordering, good price and delivered the next day. Would have given this product 5 stars but due to installation problems, and having to remove and pack it at the back, a piece broke off and we had to stick it. However, I love that it is not a modern looking light fitting, which was the reason I ordered it. Just hope it lasts, now fitted!
I ordered 9 lights last Saturday (10th) and on Monday received an email to say only 7 were in stock and the balance would be back in stock by 19th and would be sent out after that. I emailed to say I needed the entire order for the 19th due to installers being booked and didn't hear back which was a bit of a worry as I would have needed to source something else and my brief was quite specific. However on Monday I received a despatch note for 7 due to arrive on 14th and on 13th received another for the other 2. All arrived together and I'm thrilled. Brilliant service (although communication could be improved) but overall I'm a very happy customer. Thank you.
