Purchased lights from lighting direct and had to wait 3 weeks for delivery with no updates. I had to keep emailing to see where my order was and then I received an email from DHL to say I had to pay customs on my order of €108 to receive the goods I paid for. So now the light fittings are far more expensive then if I bought them here in Ireland. Extremely disappointed as I wasn't aware there was going to be customs on my order as it wasn't stated anywhere I could I see when ordering.
Very fast and efficient delivery. Product quality overall good. However one of the cables for the light showed bare wires where the sheath had been partially cut through. I had to replace with a block connector which I am sure has affected the IP rating.
