Review Time
Firstly I tried to cancel the order, but no one ever responded to my email. Then it took so long & with no communication, that I assumed they had cancelled it & just forgot to let me know.Then out of the blue, again no communication, I get an email to let me know that it was out for delivery. In fact the delivery company was probably the only 5 star experience I had with this company.And then low & behold, they only sent me one. I ordered two.So I wouldn’t use this company again & wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. (Also I just checked back through my emails & this ‘review’ email is all I’ve ever had. Says it all really!)
The tall garden lantern I bought is excellent! It is of good, robust quality and easily assembled, and the price was very reasonable. I was unable to find a comparable product online, and am pleased I went to Lighting Direct. Their standard delivery was outstanding. I ordered the item on a Sunday and it was with me by Tuesday afternoon, delivered with courtesy and consideration by DX Express. I will certainly and confidently buy from Lighting Direct again.
Light is perfect as advertised. Easy to fit with clear instructions. One on my 2 light fittings came without wall plugs and screws but it was no issue really. Ordered on Sunday with 2-3 day delivery and it came next day. Overall I’m very pleased with the service.
