Review Time
My first treatment was very uncomfortable, but the technician was very informative and personal. Everything went down hill from there. For example, an appointment was changed without my knowledge and then I found out it was because the manager had Covid -19 and they had to close the location for a week. I was not notified of any of this until I returned for my next appointment. My stomach was burned during treatment, but I was told if it didn't blister than it wasn't a burn. I was told that I wasn't letting them make it hot enough that it had to get to 42 and I was only at 39. On another visit I had three small circular bruises on my abdomen. Another appointment I couldn't get off of the table and had to ask for assistance, which neither technician was trained to assist in that way, and then my back went out and I missed an appointment because of the back pain. The next appointment I had to hold my abdomen/breath just right or the blocks on my stomach on the machine wouldn't stay in place. In other words it was malfunctioning. The young lady assisting kept saying she was new, but she was the same assistant that while treating me the last time I went, it felt like the mechanism burned or pinched me. It hurt so much that I literally slapped her hand away. I spoke to the manager and I told her I am too scared to return for the rest of my appointments. I'm afraid of what will happen next. Now I'm stuck paying for something that was totally useless. It didn't work at all and I'm not surprised considering the lack of care. I believe a refund is warranted here. I would not recommend this treatment or this facility to anyone!!
I recently underwent three different types of treatments at the LightRx Canton location. While all of the ladies who work there are wonderful, I can't speak the same for the treatments. I spent what I would consider a substantial amount of money, drove over an hour each way for 12 weeks, did the exact treatment plan recommended for me in my initial consultation, and saw zero results. I sought out the treatments to do in conjunction with the diet and exercise routine I already follow, but it was a waste of my time and money. Not only did I achieve zero results, but the treatments damaged my body. I suffered substantial bruising from the Legacy (which I took photos of), and Bliss left me with hard lumps that won't seem to go away despite constant massaging over the last month. I was not forewarned about either possible side effects.
As a first time client I was greeted and treated rudely by the provider, I felt underserved as I was there through a groupon. I was then given a sales pitch to pay $3k for the other treatments “that will actually work.” I only used 2 visits when I paid for 8 because I simply do not wish to go back.
Don’t waste your money, they get your money and then there are no appointments to get in and when you do finally get in they cut your appointment time short. They knock once on the door and then just come right in, pretend they are looking for something and then leave. Happened several times to let the employee know to hurry up with the appointment. Don’t waste your money, it doesn’t work!!
