RUN, DON'T WALK away from doing business with this medical services provider. They are NOT a well-established business or medical provider - the BBB and Yelp 1-star reviews speak for themselves. I setup a phone consult with LightRx weeks ago as required by the merchant. I wasn't given a call at the appt time, so I called them. I was told despite the office times listed on the Groupon and LightRx Louisville's website, their staff was only in 3 dates total until June over 5 weeks, and only 3 appts were available which I could not make work. She said they were trying to hire new staff but didn't have the business yet, it's why they offered the Groupon - this isn't reassuring for a practice offering medical services. She said their staff offering the injectables travels around, so their schedule varies and they are not in any one location very long. This is NOT a well-established practice. They are not organized and do not honor the services they sell. I will not be utilizing the pre-purchased Botox injectables from them due to them not being able to schedule me for an appointment, not having a schedule available of persons able to do the injections, and not having confidence in their business or medical practice. If there was an issue with the injections, given those individuals are only in-state 3 days a month or less, they would not be able to address the medical issue. Do not book with this company.
I went to the Creve Couer location in April for a consultation. I wanted to see what they offered as I was considering Surgery.After going over the Legacy package and showing me photos and saying I would see a noticeable difference in 4 weeks I fell for it! $3900 ! I did everything I was told and at 4 weeks there was 0 difference, after 6 weeks, 0 change. They tried to tell me I lost 4” and I said no, you have to measure the same area! While the girls are friendly they are doing what they get paid to do. One of the girls who did my last 3 treatments of the Ripoff package she said she would have never suggested this package for me! The stand in mgr offered me an extra treatment…what would that do? 11 didn’t work why would 1 more! I have learned my lesson…go with your instincts! I could have taken this $3900 and put it towards surgery which would have given me what I wanted.
Very bad experience. They only want to sell their products and make money off of their customers. If there is a problem with your treatment, they all deny responsibility and offer solutions requiring you to buy more of their misleading products. Don’t trust these doctors. They’re salesmen - not actually certified or experienced in what they’re doing.
I purchased a skin tightening package for 6000. At the consultation I was asked to look in the mirror at my face, point out what I didn’t like. I pointed to the area and was told by the director;“That Will Be Gone” After my first treatment i could see the treatments weren’t going to work for me and I called to speak to the director who convinced me to have another treatment. She said my face didn’t get that way overnight and it would require additional treatments to see results.After the second treatment I asked for a refund or at least a reduction in the price of the package and I did not wish to continue with treatments. LightRx employees and corporate claim I have results from the treatments and refuse to refund any portion of the money I paid. I’m disputing the charges with the finance company.I think there should be a law against what they are doing to sign up people for these packages by make false and misleading statements to prospective clients. I’m considering a lawsuit, because at this point, it is really more about the principle of the thing.In all fairness I know the skin tightening treatments are not the equivalent to having a facelift but I expected to see the results I was promised.
I spent $1,500. It was too remove two spots on my face that they determined to be malisma. I was told after several treatments that they would continue to treat until I was satisfied because I had exceeded the usual number needed. I agreed that nothing had changed. I went twice nite and then I was told that they would not treat me anymore..They were very supportive up until that point but when they dropped me... it was quite a shock. I should sue but I'm tired. I had this done awhile ago but I'm only now able to talk about it without getting angry.
