Review Time
My experience was that worst ever. I contacted the number that was listed to inform them that I was running a few minutes late (13 minutes), and the corporate office said it was fine. Just to let them know if I was any later. I arrived at the exact time stated. Stood in a line with others waiting, to be told that I was 44 minutes late, and to take a seat, that they are totally booked and that they had no idea when I would be seen. I sat down for over 45 minutes to an hour. Asked when I might be seen, and was told they had no idea. They were others whose appointment was before me who had not been seen. I felt so humiliated that I just got up and left. No one ever followed up with me during my wait to say we are behind, but we will get to you shortly. This is the worst type of customer service that I’ve ever experienced. No one should have to deal with that. On top of that, it was the manager who was so rude. I will never return, as I have never received an apology or the follow-up call I was told I would receive. Nor did they offer any of my money back.
First I would like to say that my service was great. But my procedure was horrible I was told that by the end of my treatment I would have a flat tummy but that's not what I got I do believe that dome of my muscles were tightened but not enough to receive a flat tummy so to me this was a Huge waste of money so much so that I would like my money back. Horrible costomer service. They will constantly cancel you but if you show up 5 min late they will still cancel you after they completely canceled. You i finally just stopped going mid treatments cuz these treatments r time sensitive and will not work skipping weeks in between. Nikki is horrible. Shes the worst one. But they all lie and have some bs excuse for everything. Pretty sad business there running.
This is my THIRD email to Light Rx . NO RESPONSE yet !!! Why is this ? So I am now convinced that this company has scammed me . The staff is trained to talk the talk !! And SELL you “treatment” ..with our even proper evaluation or assessment! So dissatisfied and disappointed in how light Rx is not taking me seriously. What does it take for someone to reply to me . So quick to take my money for treatment it has no time of day for me after that !!
